Alumnus Connery Noble SDM ’18 and SDM lecturer Bruce Cameron have coauthored a paper that has been published in the Engineering Management Journal. The paper is adapted from Connery’s thesis for SDM, which examines “how the tension between exploration and exploitation affects early-stage development within the engineering teams of large corporations”.
